Start Here

If you’re like most of my readers, you love to design and program, you enjoy building things, or you want to learn something new. You are committed to becoming a top developer and designer, and—equally important—succeeding at life. You strive to be your best self and to fulfill your potential. Not only that, you want to solve real problems in the world and leave a lasting impact.

Succeeding in Life

But something keeps getting in the way: You don't seem to have "enough" to achieve what you desire. Maybe you feel like these readers:

I'm overwhelmed with everything. I find myself swamped with my projects. I'm bogged down with running my business. I don't have enough time to market and grow my clientele, but if I don't secure new business then I'm out work.

I don't know how to generate a reliable stream of prospects and clients for my business. The cash flow roller coaster is exhausting. I'll have clients some months but other times I don't have enough money to make ends meet. It's very stressful!

I want to generate predictable income. I don't know how to create recurring revenue in my business. Our business depends on referrals and word of mouth. As a result, I'm always looking for new clients to generate new sales.

I have the technical skills, but I don't know know how to run a business. I don't know how to find clients or what to charge. I'm not confident in selling myself. I don't want to be salesy. I feel stuck and just don't know what to do. It's frustrating!

Does This Sound Like You?

Be honest, have you ever asked yourself the following:

"How can I attract more high-converting leads?"

"How can I get more higher-paying customers?"

"How can I generate recurring revenue in my business?"

"How can I raise my rates without losing my clients?"

"How can I keep my clients coming back for more business?"

"How can I scale my business without trading in more time for dollars?

"How can I launch my first web design and development business?"

If so, you’re not alone. All of us have felt this way.

I Know How You Feel

I know what it feels like to be in over your head—to hustle on your own time to build your business while being there for family and friends...while trying to live a healthy lifestyle....maybe even while still working a day job.

I, too, struggled to balance it all. Too often, my success came at the expense of my health and my most valuable relationships.

Being a developer and entrepreneur is not easy. Technology is constantly evolving. There always seems to be another language or framework to learn on top of what you need to know to run a successful business.

I have come to realize that there isn't enough time to learn everything.

The key is to know the right things, the right skills, and the right people.

So, I took the time to figure out exactly what was needed to get ahead.

Then I started mentoring developers and entrepreneurs by teaching them exactly how to market and sell their own products and services to launch their own businesses.

After that, I went on to lead existing startups to accelerate their business growth by implementing the right systems and processes.

You don't have to be a know-it-all to be successful.

You just have to focus on the right stuff that truly matters.
